Durbanville Cricket Club
Durbanville Cricket Club on Sport Way has three fields (two of them provincial-rated) in a setting full of trees that the club likens to an English village green. Founded in 1942 and restarted in 1954, the club's main oval is named after Ed Fivaz, and its clubhouse was built by the members themselves. On the field, the club was WPCA Premier League champion in 2024/25 and 2025/26 and won the 2024 CSA Community Cup.
Functions at the Clubhouse
The clubhouse and its front area can be hired for various functions, from birthdays to kitchen teas and private parties. During the cricket season (early October to late March), WPCA fixtures take preference, so exclusive hire may not be available on match days, though non-exclusive use may be possible.
Fun Casino Evenings at Durbanville Cricket Club
Fun Casino Entertainment has entertained at Durbanville Cricket Club since 2023, at birthday parties for 20 to 60 guests.
