Heartfelt Arena is one of South Africa’s most versatile and impressive multipurpose indoor venues, located in Pretoria, Gauteng. Originally built for the South African Defence Force and privately owned since 2003, the arena has evolved into a modern, state-of-the-art events destination acclaimed as South Africa’s largest four-star venue. With its blank-canvas design philosophy and impressive capacity, Heartfelt Arena has hosted the Indoor Hockey World Cup, the Idols casting competition, major concerts, gala dinners, exhibitions, and countless corporate productions.

Event Spaces and Capacity

The Main Arena provides 3,500m² of versatile, pillar-free event space accommodating up to 4,500 guests in cinema-style seating, 1,800 for banquets, or up to 8,000 standing for concerts and large-scale events. The adjacent Theatre holds 500 in cinema configuration or 250 for banquets, ideal for seminars, workshops, and intimate productions. Supporting venues range from 400m² to the full 4,000m², giving event organisers exceptional flexibility to scale their event precisely to their requirements. On-site parking accommodates 2,300 vehicles in secure grounds.
